Pay is really fair, lots of opportunity to make money there. The Founder/CEO is sharp and really good at what she does - she has a keen eye for seeing talent in people and playing to their strengths.
Cons
Don't yet offer traditional benefits as most people are 1099 - this was my only reason for leaving.
