Pros

Pros: -Bright, loyal coworkers who truly care about each other -Interesting product and for a good cause.

Cons

-Toxic environment. Favoritism and politics (HR sexual harassment concerns from top manager, but conveniently there is no HR). -Not a scalable product. Don't see a future for the company. -Employees are expected to make work their life. Even if you're on vacation ("unlimited PTO") you will still be expected to work. Also, you will be judged for the vacation you take. -Unhappy colleagues. Overworked and under appreciated. If they had an opportunity to leave, they would. -Poor management, employees are not set up to succeed, and then blamed for what they were not taught. -No 401K -Cramped office in San Mateo

Pros

You can speak Chinese in most times. Yes, you can debug the production environment. Yes, you can learn a lots of stuff.

Cons

Tech leader suggests "we will try to not work at weekends" on the first day. Then it turns you MUST work on at least half day on Sunday afternoon, because your colleague will ping you on slack. Unrealistic project schedules and pressured work environment. No one really leave before 6PM and everyone arrives before 9PM. Work overtime everyday.

- Dedicated people! From office staff to remote sales team...everyone gives 100% and makes HealthCrowd their life - Potential to grow with a start up (if they ever get off the ground)

Cons

CHECK OUT ALL THE TURNOVER ON LINKEDIN, you'll see no one stays here... - No real demand for product offering - Unrealistic timelines and quotas - Extreme micromanagement from Leadership - Competitors have larger market share and better pricing. Customers know this - Benefits may be "free" but don't get sick, you'll go broke - No 401k
