      Pros

      There's freedom to manage your working week hours so you can work and keep a balanced life. They offer you a good machine to work (macbook) and a Jabra headset

      Cons

      Monitoring your time sometimes could be annoying because if you have to go to the bathroom (and you ate something spicy) you will loose a little bit of your free time...
