      Pros

      Nice area. Nice staff and managers. Pays very well for not having a bachelor degree. Consistent hours. Great restaurants around company for lunch.

      Cons

      Not very many cons to consider while deciding to work at healthsmart. It's not extremely fast paced depending on your position so work may become a little monotonous and boring to some people.

      In my opinion: Like working for dictators. Employees walk on eggshells. Ultra High security. High turnover. Everyone expected to be perfect. Top/middle mgt micromanages...d/n matter if they are not in your dept.
