      Flexible, but that's mostly because they don't know anything about what you're doing as long as you're billable

      Cons

      10 days of PTO No regular raises Management is non-existent, just like the company culture You're just a billable employee # here, and if you'll be cut from the company without any notice, without severance Zero opportunities. Maybe you'll speak to your boss once every 18 months or so
