Toxic, mean-spirited environment. Management changed 4 times in one year. Co-workers were divisive and screamed at each other regularly.

Love people I work with, still a great product, slowly moving the needle up. I believe there are opportunities but need to see more

Cons

Executive Level Management has sights on one large initiative but won't add necessary resources to the already thin workforce. Potential for large churn if they do not heed advise and concerns of their current workforce
