      Benefits, Friday lunches, travel possibilities that’s all

      Cons

      White supremacy culture, lack of transparency. Typical organization that claims to address disparities and help the bipoc community, but this isn't reflected internally. Sneaky HR dept too.

      Pros

      The team works very well together and everyone is supportive and friendly. We have a good team communication structure in place so we can keep each other up to date on our work and there are many opportunities to share ideas and influence projects. The mission of the organization is amazing and it's gratifying to see your hard work contribute to progress and successes.

      Cons

      While I think of this as a big pro, people who like working at larger institutions won't appreciate working at a smaller one.
