Pros

Great place to “get your foot in the door.” Then leave.

Cons

Once you clock in, be mentally prepared to work a 9 hour day with no break. Their reasoning for being understaffed is “nobody is looking to work” and not being able to justify filling certain positions after people quit. But hey, they have employee appreciation week and tshirts that you earn. Analogous to a corporate pizza party instead of a bonus :)

Firing/outsourcing and no raises.

Pros

Clean work environment. They serve us lunch and breakfast sometimes. Insurance isn't terrible.

Cons

Poor management by being reactive and not proactive. Laying off multiple employees while outsourcing their jobs. This happening after creating and hiring multiple high paid corporate positions. No raises in years due to financial mishandlings. Did I mention poor management?
