Pros
One hour lunch and the ability to work from home.
Cons
No PTO for the first year. Poor communication from management. Pay rate is not high enough for the volume of work they want you to do. Don’t bother applying for this role, they will fire you without notice if they think you’re not doing enough, work or if they think this role is not necessary anymore. You won’t get any recognition for the work that you’re doing, the only time you’ll have the attention from management is if you made a mistake. There is not opportunity to move up in the company in this role. The turnover rate for this company is pretty high. Most people that are hired will not be around after a couple months. Any one who leaves will have their work divided between the rest of the team, leaving everyone with a huge backlog of work. Basically no company culture since management doesn’t even try to connect with the team on a personal level.
