Pros

The employees are incredibly talented, hard-working, and fun people to be around. The office is beautiful and in a trendy location - tech start-up feel. The office has coffee and snacks.

Cons

Compensation is horrible, below industry standards. There are absolutely no growth opportunities. Unless you're ok with keeping the same title and salary for 10+ years. It's a boys club... Men are the CEO's "bros" and can come and go as they please, women are expected to work 10+ hours a day and be on call at all times. Employee feedback is not listened to, the CEO is ALWAYS right. Very unclear job expectations, sometimes you're expected to pick up other's slack. No company strategy. The CEO claims to "know" strategy but doesn't have the ability to implement anything productive. You're expected to sacrifice your own time, money, and health for the good of the company.

People stick it out for as long as they can unless they let go unexpectedly.

Cons

No accountability, no communication, no values or morals, and no leadership. Management is inexperienced and it truly is the blind leading the blind. Do not work for Healthcare Success OR with them.

Some fun and interesting people, but far and few between.

Cons

Contrary to many statements left by current employees, who were most likely forced to leave a positive review, I encountered a completely opposite experience. Upper management and decision makers lack the technical knowledge in order to function properly. I may be completely wrong and perhaps you can go from zero to hero in a short span of time, if so, more kudos to them. There are a plethora of other reasons why I would not recommend working for this company, and have found it to be a blessing moving forward, and have never looked back. I stumbled across the reviews and felt compelled to say something after reading the countless claims that were not accurate according to my personal experience.
