We're truly sorry that your experience with us has been so frustrating and negative. While many of the Healthicity family members love working here, we realize we're far from perfect. Yet, this is what drives us. Our desire to improve, to iterate, to reach for perfection, to enrich our employees' and customers' lives. However, we're a young, entrepreneurial business and even the best plans are subject to change. Young businesses are unpredictable. The experience can be fun, exciting, challenging and a little scary. Yes, we recently let go of some amazing and talented people in marketing, sales and product. I can assure you that management took it just as hard as anyone else...it's terrible to lose great people. Those that are gone will be missed. Those Healthicity family members that are still here, will move forward with our plan (yes, we have one) and our goals. We are optimistic, we are dedicated and we know we will succeed. We have amazing product/sales/marketing/account teams, amazing customers and partners, and amazing managers and owners. We believe we can make you believe too. Keep your chin up, we’re going to do this!
