Pros

Very knowledgeable co workers, great industry niche, highly collaborative when they want to be.

Cons

Personnel and project decisions made in isolation, not much of a sales pipeline, and sales/leadership say they want to be hands off, but end up micromanaging all efforts regardless.

Management is fantastic; they genuinely care about the people side of the business. I was able to work on a lot of different projects.

Cons

They have grown a lot and are working on tools but something we have to figure out things on our own
