There are multiple different kinds of units so you can work with adolescents, geriatric, or adult patients. Long orientation compared to other facilities. Admission nurse. Electronic medical record versus having paper charting.

Cons

Short staffing requiring being floated to other units during your shift or taking on many patients. A lot of call ins from staff. Injuries from patient attacks

Facility itself is nice and clean.

Cons

Incompetent staff, excessive, toxic administration. The hospital loses millions of dollars per year, has a hard time retaining staff, and these executives will try to write you up for the smallest things instead of focusing on important things. DO NOT WORK HERE.
