Pros

For a growing company, we were presented with infrastructural changes and new technologies. Co-workers are friendly and have maintained in contact since.

Cons

There is no growth opportunity in this company. Salary wages were not fair for the amount of responsibility and time put into supporting the infrastructure. There is a high employee turnover in all departments.

Horrible upper management. It is clear that these 2 departments are currently being managed based on favoritism from the department VP. Employees are afraid of retaliation and are not being guided by leaders, instead, they are supervised by people that in order to have control, they lead and manage by creating a hostile environment full of fear and unfairness.
