All other reviews were right healthways has a very poor management system. A lot of changes within the company has happened through the years and this does not necessarily mean good change. Managers leave time after time, resignations flying everywhere and not to mention redundancies coming out of from nowhere. Yes, it is not a stable company and you will never know when your last day will be. It's ridiculous.
It's a call centre will UNREALISTIC expectations, pushing everyone to do what a 'robot' suppose can. No one ever did the right thing and everyone has something to improve each time. Sounds bad? wait till
you know that everything you do is timed, the moment you eat, walk and go to the toilet, it's all counted off you. The employees are not valued and act like robots.
There is NO professional growth in this company. No opportunities, no recognition, no skill development and etc.
