Great Place to Work For

Pros

Everyone has each others back, definitely a team atmosphere, if you need help everyone will jump to help, a lot of room for growth, Paid Time Off is awesome, the company has started an annual philanthropy project and employees get to choose the charity to give to, and we're helping to make buildings a better and more efficient place for people to work in.

Cons

You work hard (as does everyone else), you are always expected to give 110%. If you are good at what you do and are willing to work hard to get the job done, this is the place for you.

Fantastic start, but horrible finish

Pros

Lots of works, big name projects, out of state opportunities, co-workers across the board pretty fantastic and smart group, great employee benefit packages, ample vacation time, company car with gas car

Cons

Management style changed with new group manager; before was more independent and now they want you to drive to office just to watch you do reports (waste gas and not so green); salary not sustainable; extreme low end of national averages , they dump work on you until you break down and you end up doing other people's work with no reward or compensation; when you do a job, you're pressured to get it done and out the door; no time is given for work quality

We have great clients and are a part of some great projects, but we wouldn't be where we are today without our awesome team of professionals leading the way. We appreciate the comments you've left and will be discussing them. Thank you!

Dysfunctional Company

Pros

Initial impression was good. Company seemed to be a professional entity with solid staff. Within months, it was clear that management was a cluster and employee turn over was high due to it actually being a toxic environment.

Cons

The VA CEO might be mentally unfit to run a company. I believe that the financial success of the company is due to the CA offices.
