      Pros

      Benefits. Paid on time. My 2nd to the last manager was cool.

      Cons

      Went through a banking transition and wouldn't really tell people. Upper management would withhold payments to people who were literally begging for money. Also, the way employees of color were treated was not okay.

      Pros

      I enjoy working here. The team I work on is very collaborative. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes, the candidate experience, and the experience of the departments/agencies we collaborate with. My manager is always open to hearing my ideas and work with me on any areas I am struggling.

      Cons

      Not really a con for me but could be for some people...the company is growing and improving so you have to be comfortable with change. Again, not a bad thing but not always for everyone.
