      The diversity is refreshing. Working with mostly Black Women was amazing.

      Cons

      There is a very high turnover. Salary is not fair in comparison to the work and stress levels.

      The mission and what Healthy Start does for maternal and child health in Pittsburgh is awesome.

      Cons

      Work environment is stressful and toxic at times. Lots of favoritism and if you're not a favorite, God help you! Burn-out inevitable.
