Pros

Wanted to believe in the product but the US market/health insurance made it hard for the product to succeed here. Original team was great.

Cons

New leadership took over and no trust in leadership. Worked both ways in terms of employee didn't trust leadership and leadership didn't trust the team that was there prior.
