Pros

Competitive base pay fast hiring process

Cons

They pull you in with promises of grandeur then drop the ball by week two. Everything management decides and their business practices would raise suspicion from basic compliance and integrity. 10 people quit the Headquarters in the past 2 months and HR thinks that is normal because they have a few employees who have been there over 25 years. If you have an interview set up, Run! Cancel! It will be your biggest mistake.

Pros

-The benefit package is generous. They even pay you for vacation time before you've earned it. You will owe them those hours. -Top notch equipment, if you get upgraded to it. -Training for HCPs in Florida at 3 months of employment. Excellent training!

Cons

There are many good people in this company, even on the corporate level. Unfortunately they are not the people that the offices have to work with. Our little company was purchased by HearUSA. At first it seemed to have ethics that were as good as the company that they purchased, which I thought were wonderful in a shady industry. But there was a quick turnover of executives and the whole dynamics of the company changed to unethical practices required of the HCP. They boast treating customers with respect, which is up to the HCPs to provide. But it's hard to provide that level of service when you are not respected. When I submitted my 2 week notice, they switched me from salary to hourly and paid me $5.00 less an hour. They only promote based on how much money you make, not by your aptitude for the new position.
