Pros
Excellent company to work for. They are fully remote and made a concerted effort to create an environment where you felt comfortable and included as part of the team. They dedicated significant effort to fostering a positive and cohesive culture. This company actually cares for their people, clients, patients, and everyone in between.

I wish they were a little more transparent.

This is a service that healthcare desperately needs and still early enough in the virtual cardiology space that competition is just starting to obtain traction in the market
Cons
They do not know how to operate like a startup. Heavy emphasis on people focused process versus automation and efficiency. Recently let go of a lot of talented people leading the rest of the team to do 2-3 jobs at the same time, some not having any experience in what they are now being asked to take on.
