      Pros

      At Heartbeat Labs there is a great working atmosphere with flexible working hours. You are working in a professional team, can bring in your own ideas and suggestions and you are valued for your work. Another great thing is that you can constantly develop further.

      Cons

      The open working space can sometimes be a little bit noisy. But you just put on your headphones. :-)

      Great spirit to change healthcare

      Pros

      I really like the people I work with, especially the openness to bring in own ideas and just do stuff. Healthcare was not my passion at first but the mindset to really change the industry and how patients can get better and more efficient help really got me hooked. Stephanie as MD is really amazing, especially bringing in her product expertise and combining it with new healthcare products.

      Cons

      As healthcare is very complex and Heartbeat Labs is still young, the whole team constantly develops and you need to stay on top of things and each day's new challenges. I personally like such environment but requires a lot of energy to really put into your work (which almost all people do).

      Innovative & Professional Start Up Atmosphere in Digital Health

      Pros

      Not a hipster start up, but a great combination of brand new topics and a group of highly professional people with different backgrounds (digital & medical) under the HitFox roof. If you show initiative and creativity there definitely is room for you to develop.

      Cons

      Processes are still being set up, as the entire company builder has been launched not even a year ago (July 2017). But I would call it a "professional chaos"that is under control.
