- 3 different HR managers have come and gone in less than a year, so there typically is no HR to bring complaints/concerns to. - Company has lost ~30 people since I joined, and we're still expected to do the same amount of work as if we had never lost them. - Higher ups burned all good will with the employees and make empty promises when someone has tried to leave. - Routinely dismiss longer solutions beneficial to future operations in lieu of quick solutions
