Pros

Our health insurance monthly cost is low for individuals, but not for families. The cost of visits, test, prescriptions changes almost every year because we switch insurances but we have started to use an employer funded account to cover those costs. I have increased my salary a decent amount but only by being promoted over the years. It is a stable job and a nice environment to work in. The retirement matching is pretty competitive.

Cons

The annual raises are very low. Every year it's pretty much the same. Some departments have higher % raises than others but mine was 3% each year. Even when I moved from the front line to back office, it was a very small raise. They are taking away remote work more and more.
