Confusing but fun

Pros

Nice people, helpful HR, decent benefits, summer Fridays, fun company outings and events.

Cons

Disorganized company structure, no project managers or clear guidelines for projects, everything is on the fly, or instructed verbally- rarely getting written down in full. Company is a little clique-y and if you don't fit in, it's hard to get there with your coworkers. Sometimes it felt more like a popularity contest than about talent or drive. Super stressful start-up mentality, if that's not for you then don't apply.

Pros

Booz and food to try to make the pain go away

Cons

No intent on automation, no SOP's, constant changes to procedures from different management personnel, CFO says she wants to work with you in the beginning to train - turns out to be un-approachable and expects you to read her mind. They only utilize about 20 % of their ERP system - the rest is up to you to manually track and process work. Saw a co-worker in tears my first week after coming back from a meeting. Toxic.
