      Pros

      Some great people and talent there, and get to work with some cool brands.

      Cons

      Clients come and go because client support is seriously lacking. The ownership can't get out of the way, rules by ego and forces people to work ridiculous hours and holidays because he refuses to staff appropriately. Super cheap.

      Great casual environment, some great people. Good clients and brands to work on.

      Brutal crunches to meet deadlines. Projects are often understaffed on the development side.

      Pros

      Lots of great clients and projects. The employees are great. Dog friendly. Located in a nice part of Glendale (Atwater Village).

      Cons

      Besides coffee, no amenities. No secured storage for employees. HR is a joke. PO's may as well not exist. Very few internal promotions (most are external hires). Contractors in the past have gone months without pay.
