They will watch you struggle while being fed on a silver platter, making 6 figures. As long as they eat, who cares about the rest of the team. Where do I start on cons? This entire company is a joke. You do not get a lunch break first in foremost you only get a break if you decide to inhale smoke through your lungs. There is no comrodery everyone is stabbing each other in the back. The only way to get a head is brown nose the COO who is the furthest thing from mature. He walks around with a hokey stick like he is somebody. It's like working with high schoolers. All compensation is held over your head so you have to do certain things to get it. Like cat and mouse but the cat never catches the mouse. This company will lie to you like they lie to their clients. The company is over run by former addicts or current addicts. If you can sleep with taking hard working people's money knowing you get nothing in return this is the place for you. Other wise don't bother applying
