Pros
Good Experience for early in your career.
Cons
The company is run by HR and Accounting so 0 understanding of company structure or basic management skills. The management is very confident in themselves but I have no idea why. Constant turnover, constant fire fighting, and they are too terrified of making a mistake to make any significant decisions. When hiring people they would make job descriptions out of thin air. When I was there they were talking about an educational trainer position for Equipment installation? So someone from Academics? It was weird. Most likely you are being hired for in the fieldwork which keeps you distanced from the management which helps. They will say that the work is not always consistent and you will be expected to fly out last minute. This is just "Part of the job". That's all because they have 0 understanding of scheduling and management. The guys in the field are open and will fill you in on everything day 1. The field techs and some of the technical management are the real skilled people in the company but not appreciated. The office is just a bunch of glorified secretaries that aren't even good at that.
