Pros
Unlimited PTO is nice but you never really stopped working, just switch to working near a pool.
Cons
This company loves to look good on the surface, but fails to truly support their employees. Mandatory 3 days in office, lots of meetings that are redundant. Uncomfortable after hour "happy hours" that we are pushed to attend. Likes to switch up employee agreements when it works for them. Extremely low salary, horrible benefits (not worth it). Would not recommend this company unless you can afford no benefits, have no family and like to wake up and wonder if you will have a job.
