      Pros

      The organisation has an extremely loyal customer base that are very dedicated to the Helena product. They were a pleasure to serve

      Cons

      There was never a plan communicated from management to staff at the coal face. Several members of staff did not have a team focus and had a sole Some made poor efforts at bullying other staff and management hid behind procedure. A massive box ticking and blame culture with no real plan, which is sad as the business has potential.

      Pros

      MOST of the employees and managers that work at Helena are fantastic, very laid-back and goal-oriented. It feels good making products that could save someone else's life.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits at Helena leave something to be desired for most production employees. The health insurance is still more pricey than most I've come across provided by other businesses.

      Pros

      flexibility, you can take off and run errands or doctor appt. take your kids to the doctor, they are very understanding.

      Cons

      Everything else! Managers have son spine, upper management does NOT listen to any complaints and just do whatever to keep it quite! Technology in the workplace is a good 15 years behinds the curve! Benefits are horrible! 401K is a joke! They say they make deposits but have not done a deposit in over 8+ years! Pay is VERY low even for this area! You are tasked with doing several jobs that at other companies would be split up between depts.
