Pros
There are many interesting projects, and the other associates are fun to work with. You have a lot of freedom with how you accomplish your goals. The company has overall been fairly focused for the past couple of years which has helped the team make progress on our objectives. It's easy to be energized when you are working with such versatile organisms that could impact this planet for the better.
Cons
Heliae has matured since I have been here, but with everything there is always room for improvement. Heliae needs to work at balancing open communication/inclusiveness with information management. Too far one way or the other can be counter productive to the momentum we are building.
