Pros

You'll understand the value of time after leaving the company.

Cons

I've been a full-time employee and joined as a fresher. Here's the catch. Never think that you'll get strong base while learning and developing. Because, that's not going to happen there. You might get involved in n things but in the end, what matters is, "Are you a professional in any particular field or not?". When you are about to leave the company, you'll be surprised because you can't see a base in whatever you have done. The company never gets concerned on what you know or what you want to do; most of the times, what matters is, "If you are not holding any project, you'll be thrown in any project". Just because you receive month end salary, you want to do any job they ask? - Well, go ahead then. Secondly, I've read reviews which say, "Flexible timings". But sir, the present timings are never flexible compared to the same company which was before - which really cared its employees and provided actual flexible timings. Thirdly, you'll experience blame game and politics from highest order to lowest order. I believe everyone cares about their self-respect. But, don't expect that you'll be receiving that respect. I've seen employees leaving the company out of self-respect. Fourthly, the management is never going to listen your concerns (whatsoever that might be). But they might talk for hours together about the management concerns and if your concern will be treated as joke before all the employees. And I think this explains how the management actually works. Still want to join? - Go and experience is what I can ask.

Pros

The project managers are quite good, and help you learn and grow immensely.

Cons

I have worked for this company for three years and in my time here, I have seen the company policies and the managements lookout for employee welfare constantly degrading. 1. No resource management. You will not get a project or task based on your skillset, it will be allocated to you based on whether you are free or not. A BI developer can be asked to build a frontend framework, or an ETL developer might be asked to build a java backend framework. On top of that the allocated timelines are based on the assumption that you are an experienced developer of that technology. 2. There is no concept of overtime compensation, but a half day is marked if you are 15 minutes late. i.e. - If you leave at 11:00pm, you have to still be in office at 10:00am the next morning. The management considers any overtime put in by an employee is strictly due to his inefficiency and he should be have to deal with it. 3. God forbid, if you are made a project manager here. You will be expected to get requirements from the client, document it, provide solutions, and also develop it along with your team, while being constantly blamed by the CTO and CEO that your work is not at par and they do not receive enough information about the projects progress. 4. And be warned, if you ever choose to leave the company, the management will find faults in your work throughout your entire tenure and behave like a jilted lover, stating that you were a very bad resource and should be grateful to have such an amazing company to work for. Not one person I know who has left the firm has had a pleasant exit, every single person has had to face harassment and accusations of poor work. Also, the Notice Period in the contract is only one way bound. There is no guarantee that you will be allowed to serve the entire period. You can be relieved either the next day of resigning, or asked to server full 3 months and relieved of your duties in 20 days or may even be extended as per the companies needs. On top of that, do not expect a decent review in your experience/relieving letter or verification calls, if you are on bad terms with the management. 5. Never make the mistake of pointing out any faults in the policies or suggest any ways to improve the employee experience, you might end up getting blamed for being the cause of the said situation. 6. Do not expect any support from the HR either, inexperienced and biased. 7. Talking about amenities - Almost every monsoon, the office premise is flooded with drain water. A lot of time there is no water in the washrooms. In summers, if the ACs are functioning, utilisation of it is restricted. The coffee machine has served coffee with ants and/or shredded cockroaches. The water bottles provided are lesser than the number of employees, and are old and rarely washed. PS - If you notice, majority of the reviews have been posted in the same month, if not the same day. The employees were told to put up good reviews for the company.
