- Not bureaucratic - a culture that encourages productivity rather than strict conforming to rules - Management constantly ensures a fun working environment - Management trusts interns and allocates them high-value work - Deals are interesting, especially for people interested in private debt space
Cons
- Friday company lunches always at too fancy places, tend to come back to office with food coma - Free Monday breakfasts are always from the same place - Thursday soccer matches are too intense, one of the interns play too violently
