      Pros

      Internet/phone stipend Comp day for patching Good job to get yourself started in the tech industry, but please have a backup plan after 6-12 months.

      Cons

      Low pay. They will replace you once you make more than what they think you should make, even if you're still well below the median salary for the Philly area. No comp for on-call HPS seems to have a pretty fine time with the company, so if you join, join their team. Do NOT join HMS.
