The cannibalize aircraft parts in a daily bases, literally CERO budget for training. They conduct night time ops with no NVG( to cheap to afford them) which is potentiality dangerous and so stingy on pennies, terrible place to work at.
Great job and the people, for the most part are the best part of the job
Cons
Upper management, COO, CEO, President are terrible. Do not understand how to run a company, keep good people, or keep people happy. Massive employee turnover constantly.
