      Pros

      HELIOS Defense Solutions is an excellent company for which to work. Working with Jimmy Maldonado and the company gave me the direction I needed to become a better cyber analyst by returning to school.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons other than knowing that this is a well-disciplined environment, and if one isn't ready for that type of IT Security atmosphere, one need not apply.

      Great Work Environment for Hard Workers.

      A rewarding mission supporting the various DoD customers. Seeing the results of your actions is awesome. Management provides you the autonomy to do what you need to do to accomplish your tasks. Great place to work for dedicated, effective and driven employees.

      As a small company, you sometimes have to wear multiple hats.
