      Great team of people Great clients and partners Great proving ground for mid level HR talent Good intentions- if the focus continues it will be a better place to work in 8-12 months

      Cons

      Unhealthy paranoia rich environment; it is not what it appears; Check out the turnover; more people have left than there are employees Model is not scalable Unable to retain senior level talent and resources
