Pros

Helius has the best administrative teams to support and help the project employees to handle the payroll or any admin issues. Helius people were always very helpful and encouraging, never hesitating to offer support. I highly recommend Helius to the people who are looking for a job. Special thanks to Sathis, Srini and Fareez.

Medical benefits Salary is being credited quite on time, other than a few occasions

Before signing contract with them, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. Will reply email right away when you are clarifying stuffs with them. After signing contract, they do not bother to reply your email, and will tend to “overlook” them, unless you include in your emails that if they do not get back, you will escalate to higher management or even MOM. Only then will they reply your emails at speed of lightning. Staffs there are very unprofessional, arranged a time with them for signing contract, but consultant was late for over an hour. Start date with company I was working for, was postponed but they did not bother to follow up with company and I had to email consultant and chase her personally before she get back to me. They will cheat your money whenever there is a chance, and they are not transparent at all regarding their policies. Whenever you try to contact them (consultant / HR), they will either push you away by asking you to check yourself, or not reply the email or answer the call. They often tell you one thing, and if they are unable to achieve it, they will come up with all sorts of excuses or saying that there is a change in policy recently. Also, process for claims and increment is very long. Staff doesn’t seem to know the correct process for claims and often take months to process them. Increment as well. In conclusion, very bad experience. Will never recommend anyone to sign contract with them.

Pros

A dingy office space located in CBD, making at-least one aspect of an employee's life easier to contact them if they ever call you to their office.

Cons

1. They can and will change any aspect of one's employment contract according to their own will. 2. They do not pay salary on time and can hold it back without any sane explanation or intimation. 3. Neither their Clients have any respect for this organisation nor do they care about their employees. The moment you sign their job contract, your days of happiness is over. 4. A very confident and Gross violator of local Employment laws, even takes a Bold stand while disregarding terms stated by themselves in the Offer of employment.
