The lab staff is incredible. Bright, friendly and overall a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Twice now they have fired a huge group of people with no notice within a couple months of hiring them due to poor planning/understanding of molecular methodologies, after repeatedly assuring everyone they wouldn't be downsizing again. Yet they did, after leases were signed and even putting one new employees citizenship into question. All of the higher ups are liars who tell you what you want to hear or just brush you off. The science is mediocre at best and they have no interest in improvements. This lab is a money grab, I don't expect it will be around long.
