Working hours are really good. The perks they may provide you. People are super nice and willing to help you ion any problem. And other Pro is that there are young people in the team, and clever older people to mentor them without being an obstacle to their creativity

Cons

Some times other that dev-process takes tike, for example, salary raises or if you need any new equipment.
