      Good salaries for Deputy Director level and onwards, if you can stand the politics.

      Endless: - Low ethical standards - Low salaries in entry-levels - Lack of seriousness in HR - Nepotism prevalent in every level of the organization - Endless bureaucracy

      - There is a great restaurant in ground floor

      Cons

      If you have been in any modern working environment be prepared to travel in the past... It looks like a company from 2 decades ago. Very old facilities, old equipment, very old style culture, no plans and organization, no processes, no Documentation. As there is no career development and opportunities in the country be prepared to work with people that are maybe more than 25 years in the same roles...

      work in a Steady Environment, without payment delays, supportive management in case of personal problems, supportive environment for mothers both in terms of working time and economical support

      Cons

      poor evaluation process, almost zero reward for hard work with proven positive results, heavy hierarchy leaving almost zero space for initiatives, lack of company culture, discrimination, lack of employee line of sight, many employees are demotivated with unprofessional behavior, especially among sales staff
