Buff, let me start:
Management is in a "battle of the roses" so they don't even talk to each other
no stragtegy what so ever on how to scale the business
Micromanagement
Every decision, even an email to partner needs to be checked by the "CEO"
Mid management get's bullied all the time
Every department "works on their own projects" so no support what so ever
CEO is never in the office (advice to the board, he takes 2 days a week off "traveling") so this is a serious concern as this guy is never available, but responsible for the whole business.
Office: if you have to ask for anothers companys wifi, because you can"\'t afford it....
Departments:
every department bakes their own pie, if you ask for help/support you will always get the same answer, (This is not my problem, or this is not my priority)#teamwork
