High employee turnover. MANY jobs are being replaced by AI, the company blatantly tells us this is the plan, congratulates any sort of automation, and somehow simultaneously holds meetings to tell people not to worry about their jobs. The culture can be a bit smothering, employees are often asked to attend unpaid meetings, and evening-long "prep nights".

If you can't adapt to rapid change or you want managers to hold your hand, this is not for you.
