Small Company with a lot of training and support. Their platform allows for you to really learn real estate from top to bottom.

Need to work on driving consistency between franchises.

Freedom to work certain hours and franchise ownership
Cons
Lower commissions earned, needing more transactions to produce a good income. Corporate support was not as good as it could have been.
