Management expects people to work hard and when you do you can get rewarded. The product can really help people which is also rewarding.

When you come in people are so nice then you realize that they are getting over on people by telling them they are going to help them out of the debt they are in. They basically prolong the process to get more money when they have already received all the information needed.

Cons

Then they change on you. I work part time and the have cut my hours to less than ten/ week. I was promised so much overtime and a monthly bonus. Because I have it in writing I am going to fight for it. Don't work here... and make sure everything is in writing if you do.

The pay is not bad and you can advance in company. Other than that really not a good place to work.

Cons

The company does not care about their clients or employees. A complete scam. You can see by them writing fake employee reviews. Who goes on these sites and talks about how great the owner Jeremy Marcus is? You can tell because every good review is listed as helpful. A shameful attempt by Jeremy Marcus to protect his image. How about being a good guy and having a company that actually helps people. Maybe that will get you some good reviews instead of writing fake ones on sites like these?
