Company keeps your hours under 32hrs or has you doing all the doubles and somehow your pay doesn't add up.. Most of the staff is either to young or to old and inexperienced in healthcare.. Company more concerned about getting their pay from insurances and not their patients... At a high risk for future Law Suits because of poor staffing
