Pros

Honestly one of the best places I've ever worked! An amazing progressive team environment where you feel supported and get to work with some of the most challenging kiddos! Every moment is a learning experience!

Cons

The hours can be tough, but it's worth it!

Thank you for providing your feedback about your experience and perceptions while you were at HHH. Every year, we conduct a comprehensive employee survey and this data doesn’t corroborate a “Toxic Environment”. However, we take all employee matters seriously and regret that you have a negative opinion about our accredited organization. Feel free to contact me directly if you’d like to discuss your concerns in more detail. Maria Hammer Director of Human Resources

Pros

Working with the kids is rewarding in itself, they are great kids working on moving forward from sad situations.

Cons

Some of the staff are unnecessarily hostile and aggressive, and provoke the kids into restraints rather than helping them deescalate. It's sad to see adults who are poorly trained worsening the ptsd symptoms of the kids.
