Pros

Flexible schedule, paid annual training, easy hiring process

Cons

Low pay, very hard to get a raise, very little benefits, only reimbursed up to 10 miles a week no matter how much you need to drive

Pros

Time and a half on holidays, over 8 hours in one shift, ex. overnights, they have lots of call offs if you want hours, office staff is very nice, they really try to help work around your other schedule, school, other job, certain shifts, loved the clients, almost all of them are so sweet

Cons

Lots of call offs, so they are always calling the people that never call off to work, sometimes the clients are a little far that you have to drive to, using your own car, no miles or fuel stipends, they could pay more, compares to other Caregivers, they were on the lower side
