Worst Job I've ever had

Pros

Clients are really friendly and make you feel like part of the family. The job itself is fine too, the day goes by fast and once you get the rhythm of the different houses down it's easy.

Cons

The husband and wife who own this company are extremely hard to work for. The turn over is extremely high because of this. You have to check each paycheck because they will try to avoid paying you for all of the hours you worked. I usually had one hour taken off at least once a month. They will text you at all hours of the day or night and berate you if you make a small mistake, like leaving streaks on a coffee table. If the husband comes to 'help' you at one of your houses he will likely double your work load. Every employee that quit in the time I was there was threatened in some way or other. When I gave two weeks notice, the husband told me I would regret quitting and he'd make sure that I didn't get hired elsewhere.
