It is a very toxic atmosphere to work. The management is very in-transparent and at the same time there is a lot of micromanagement. Managers disappears for long periods of time, you don't receive any feedback at all and one day, without even a clue of what happened, you are fired. American-movie style. I agree with some of the other reviews, pointing that the positive reviews here are probably coming from managers or written intentionally to just prevent the reality to be exposed in glassdoor. I do not recommend this place. It has been, by far, the worst work experience in my life.

- Curiosity and awareness of other projects/teams than your own is seen as a bad thing - Ridiculous expectations of work hours. They think that because they pay highly they own you and you should work constant overtime. They then say that they aren't asking for you to work overtime but complain that you're not completing enough work when you don't. - Constantly firing people without giving them a chance to improve first and with very little to no warning. They don't give you a chance to talk to your colleagues and then lie to them about why you were fired.
